Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga, practiced with the support of a chair. In our trauma-informed chair yoga class, we will learn simple, effective practices that help de-stress, release tension, increase strength & flexibility, and facilitate a greater sense of well-being and body awareness. Chair yoga is an all-levels class suitable for anyone, including those who are new to yoga, find balancing challenging, are sitting frequently, or have limited mobility or injury. This class is designed as a beautiful, mindful practice that you can learn and take with you virtually anywhere you have a chair!
